Our first commercial activities was started by the oldest family member Halit Şen since 1980 with overseas enterprises.

During the year 1990 due to the gulf war the trade in the region became difficult so he decided to return to Turkey.

In the year 1992 Jeddah Automobiles company was established and started to take the regional dealerships of the imported automobiles.

In 1994, Alaadin opened his first exchange office and entered the financial sector.

In 1997, with the exposure of the Algerian penal market to the world, during the year 2011 we established a company for domestic and international trade including various sectors such as food goods,textiles and hardware.

In year 2014 he started his first construction company starting with the project called Istanbul 216.
